Located within one of Melbourne’s most iconic heritage Art Deco buildings, Ewert Leaf has approached the interior of Sebastian Bar + Grill with careful consideration. With waterfront views, airy natural light and a sophisticated nautical palette, this calming interior is highly evocative of the Spanish coast with a menu to match. Contemporary yet classic, relaxed yet structured, Sebastian boasts a sophisticated mix of textures, tones and finishes. Verona leather stars on lush banquette seating in rich tan and deep blue, Marrakesh wallcovering adds texture to bistro and function rooms and Paintbox vinyl pops in electric blue on loose seating.
