Description
The Melbourne Conservatorium of Music by Wardle at the Ian Potter Centre is a green room for Melbourne’s arts precinct, celebrating the activities of music rehearsal and practice.
‘Outwardly focused and inviting, the building balances the singular concentration required of students with the camaraderie of engaging with others. The building is a place to rub shoulders with fellow music students, and the artistic milieu of the wider campus and precinct’ says Wardle.
One of the most important aspects to the interior is sound. Our Ecoustic 50mm acoustic panels in black are hidden behind spaced panels in the ceiling to control sound from above, optimising acoustics within the performance space.
Product: Ecoustic 50mm Panel Jet + Ecoustic 13.5mm Indigo acoustic panels
